Tara and I led a series of groups through Storm King’s grounds playing games and messing around. The idea was to have fun and be silly with art — and reinforce that there is no right or wrong answer. We played telephone starting with what we thought sculptures should be called (ending with insane made up titles!), made exquisite corpse sculpture portraits, played “simon says” in the middle of the fields, and generally made fools of ourselves in a beautiful place. But the point was simple: Art is different for everyone and that’s great. There is no wrong way to enjoy it. All the ways are the right way!
